 Flying Shear

Flying Shear Machine having maximum cutting capacity of 25 mm of steel grade BS 4449-1997 & ASTM Grade 60 or equivalent at 900OC – 1000OC, with a cutting tolerance of + 50mm. The High Speed Flying Shear having Flat Blade of cutting force 160 KN is having Steel Structure Machined body, with EN-24/19 Gears having Rotating Arms with Knives and on-board lubrication system with motor pump. The shear will be located before the Cooling Bed and will be a start stop type, complete with entry and exit guides and all other standard accessories including DC Electric Motor, Breaking, Starter, Digital Drive, Encoders, Proximity Switches, Hot Metal Detector (HMD), Control Desk, V-Belt Pulleys, V-Belts and Foundation Bolts, P.L.C. and other Panels.
